Do you have a secret bolthole in your house, or are you blessed with a lovely room in which to indulge in your crafting? We want to see where and how you squirrel away your hoarded craft treasures and equipment!

I use the dining room. Well, it used to be the dining room!

i am lucky enough to have the box room for my craft room - it is small and PACKED with STUFF!!
I'm a very messy worker and even when i start with a clear desk within minutes it is a mess again i have a large work table and lots of wooden ikea mini chests of drawers, a wardrobe full of stuff, a chest of drawers full of fabrics and thrifted doilies and a couple of bookcases full of craft books and old craft magazines and boxes overflowing with buttons! i'm sure the room has Tardis like qualities

I am lucky to have a large dedicated craft room, it's essential when working with resin really as it does pong! I'm planning on moving house soon though so will have to work out a way of doubling it up as an office. I have a feeling I will be relegated to the garage!

We had a garage extended, it is now a quadruple size, the hall is now "goods in" and goods out"  and the rest of the house is taken over by soap or packaging

We are looking at getting a unit.

I make my ceramics in the kitchen and fire them in the spare room (nowhere else to put the kiln). My jewellery is made next to the old fish tank that now contains Diablo, the killer gerbil!

I'm lucky to be in a garage extension.  There's pics of it on my blog - www.1stuniquegifts.co.uk/blog - the link to the studio pics is at the top, if you do a search on the blog you'll find some more recent pics too.

I spent far too much money on building the studio when we moved house last year (we're very skint now!) but I am glad I did.  It's an amazing space and nobody complains if I splash paint everywhere or make a complete mess (I am a very messy worker).
